Two floor detached located in calan Bosch. 200 m from the sea and 500m from the beach. The 135m2 chalet is on 500m2 lot. On the first floor there is a livingroom with direct access to a terrace and to the kitchen.

The kichen is completely equipped and has access to the back garden. One double bedroom along with a large bathroom with a shower is also located on the first floor.

On the secon floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and on suite bathroom, these bedroom is quite large and has room for an extra bed or crib for younger children, there are two other docuble bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with two single beds, there is also another bathroom.

We provide linens and towels and a cleaning sevice halfway through your stay with a change of towels and sheets if your stay is equal to or longer than 9 nights.

The chalet has got air conditioning, a swiming pool and a private garden with a barbecue.

The calet is located in the urbanization of Cap D’artuix, very near the coast, where you can enjoy the white sun beaches of Son Xoriguer and Calan Bosch.

You can also enjoy the port where you will find bar, restarurants, supermarkets, a chemist and entretainment.
