Chalet duplex located in Calan Bosch tourist zone.

Ground floor includes entrance, a big barbeque with access the pool and the garden, there are four double bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with two individual beds in each) and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a kitchen with a access to terrace with views of the sea, livingroom and a diningroom, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

We provide linens and towels and a cleaning sevice halfway through your stay with a change of towels and sheets if your stay is equal to or longer than 9 nights.

Outside the villa there is a street that gives access to the beach.

The calet is located in the urbanization of Cap D’artuix, very near the coast, where you can enjoy the white sun beaches of Son Xoriguer and Calan Bosch.

About 5 minutes you can also enjoy the port where you will find bar, restarurants, supermarkets, a chemist and entretainment, and about 7km away you can visit the town (Ciutadella), it’s very beautifool.
